i want a legendary dog so bad

I would like a legendary dog I have zapdos,articuno,moltres,and I'm doing the elite for now I still have my master ball but whats a good route to look on(and I know that you get mewtwo after the elite four in cruelen cave and I'm not using my masterball on it)

Well,to get a Legendary dog(yes,one per game),you'll need to beat the Elite Four once.
After that,the dogs will roam around all over Kanto.
The Starter you chose affects the dog you get.
If you chose Bulbasaur,you get Entei.
If you chose Charmander,you get Suicune.
If you chose Squirtle,you get Raikou.
And Mewtwo is found in Cerulean Cave at Level 70.

I suggest any route that has LARGE patches of grass. Here is what I also suggest you should do:
1. Get a LOT of max repels, maybe 50 or so.
2. Get a Pokemon in the high level forties, or right at level fifty, but not any higher, and put it in the front of your party.
3. Go to a large patch of grass and spray your repel and start looking. If you encounter a Pokemon, then, it will either be a legendary dog, or it will be some other Pokemon that is the same level or higher than the first Pokemon in your party. So make sure to go to patches of grass that have Pokemon that aren't more than the low level forties. I'm not sure how long it will take for you to find a legendary dog, so don't get too impatient, because remember, legendary dogs flee the minute you touch the same area that they are in, typically. It will be up to chance and luck if you find them. So good luck.

In my game I saw all three legendary dogs, but I never could catch them
