First, you need a Relicanth, Wailord, and a Poke'Mon that knows the move dig.
Then you fly to Pacifilog Town and surf left to the water rapids. It will take a few tries but eventually you will come to a small area in the shape of a square where you can use dive. Head all the way south until you find a square-shaped wall with brail. Read the brail then use the move dig. Head north ignoring all the other brail until you reach the wall on the top of the screen. There will be more brail. Go to the middle section of brail, read it, and use dig once again. Go north to the back wall, put Relicanth in the front of your party Poke'mon and Wailord in the back of your party. Read the brail by clickng A and the screen will shake. Exit the underwater cave, and fly to Dewford City. Surf north and be alert to look to the left of the screen. You will see a small, thin island about 3/4 the way to Rustboro City. (NOTE: There will be aswimmer at the bottom of the island. Surf past him to the left onto the island.) Go north until you find a giant rock in the water with six small surrounding it. There will be an entrance in the biggest rock in the center. Enter it. Go to the back wall of the island cave. Read the center brail section.(Relicanth and Wailord must still be the way I told you before.) The brail is translated into something like "you must be patient" or something. You have to stay in the exact position you were in when you were reading the brail code. If you move at all you will have to read the brail again and wait. You must wait exactly 2 minutes before you can enter the soon opening cave after you've read the brail. So you might want to get something to drink or something while you wait or just sit there for the time. When the cave opens, you enter and Regice is sittng there waiting for you to click on it. Save the game unless you want all of your data of this lost. Battle and catch Regice in the battle.
Groudon - Groudon can be found in the Cave of Origins. It will be at Level 45.
Latios - Latios will be Roaming the Hoenn Region, once you have defeated the Elite Four. It will be at Level 40.
Rayquaza - Rayquaza can be found deep inside Sky Pillar, after you have defeated the Elite Four. It will be at Level 70.
Regice - Regice can be found deep inside the Cave on Route 105. It will be at Level 40.
Registeel - Registeel can be found deep inside the Cave on Route 120. It will be at Level 40.
Regirock - Regirock can be found deep inside the Cave on Route 111. It will be at Level 40.
These Pokemon can not be caught in Pokemon Ruby, so you must trade them from Pokemon Sapphire or Pokemon Emerald version.

In team Magma's hideout is the easiest place to get the Masterball. Step in to the room with the teleport pads then find the right one that will leave you to the office. You will see four balls so get the ones at the left because the right ones are Electrodes. You should get a gold nugget and a masterball. And remember you WON'T get it later in the game!
After you beat the Elite Four, go to Petalburg City and talk to the man beside the computer. He will ask you for a profile. Tell him "Mystery Event Is Excited". After you're done talking to him, save your game and turn your Gameboy off and then back on. Then you will have the Mystery Event option unlocked on the Title screen of your Pokemon Ruby Version!
Ok, these scarfs will give your Pokemon a boost in a contest when they are held by your Pokemon!
Blue Scarf: increases maximum beauty on lead Pokemon!
Green Scarf: increases maximum smartness on lead Pokemon!
Pink Scarf: increases maximum cuteness on lead Pokemon!
Red Scarf: increases maximum coolness on lead Pokemon!
Yellow Scarf: increases maximum toughness on lead Pokemon!
You can find shards near Mossdeep City, under the water, in the dark spots; your Pokemon will have to to have the move "Dive" taught to them in order to get the shards. Then you will have to go trade them at the Hunter's House near Mossdeep.
Fire Stone: Give the Shard Hunter a Red Shard.
Leaf Stone: Give the Shard Hunter a Green Shard.
Thunder Stone: Give the Shard Hunter a Yellow Shard.
Water Stone: Give the Shard Hunter a Blue Shard.

Ahh yes, the long awaited Missingno. cheat, First, you have to have a Game Shark with the Walk Through Walls cheat on (Can be found at Gameshark.com). Now, go to a Poke'mart and head upstairs. Now, go to the battle-zone. Don't talk to the lady, just walk through the door :D Now, stand on one of the markers and a battle will begin. This may be the legendary Missingno. (a.k.a. ????) or it would just be a Wingull. Now, you can NOT catch Missingno because the ball will just miss. This is just to show that there IS a Missingno, in this game.
You know how hard it is to level up your not no more cause all you have to do this:take the pokemon you want to level up in the daycare,go to the bike shop and get the arco bike,goto the desert and go to the sand slop,put the game boy on charge and in the mroning your pokemon will be leveled up!!!!!

This is a long process. First you need a Pokemon that knows dig(at lv.45 nincada and at lv.41 trapinch can learn dig.Don't evolve it until they learn it.)a wailord,a Pokemon that knows dive,a Pokemon that knows surf,and a relicanth.Go to Pacificdlog town with a relicanth,the Pokemon that knows dig,and wailord.Use surf and go to the bottom of the of current.DON'T GO IN IT YET! Once at the bottom of the current(this isn't underwater by the way)go into it. Keep getting off at the bottom of each island until you get to one with no rocks,sand,and doesn't let you surf at the middle. If you stayed at the bottom of each island until this one you're doing good. Now walk to the end of the island going towards the left side in the middle(in other words walk straight towards the end).Use surf.You should be on top of a spot you can use dive in.Use dive.
Once underwater go down to the spot where there's dots(that's Brail by the way). Press B. You will be in the Sealed Chamber.Go to the front and press A on the spot in the center and then use Dig and a hole in the wall will appear and go in it.Now put relicanth in the front and wailord in the back of your party and go to the front of the room and press A. The ground and you will hear three doors opening. Registeel-go to route 120 near Lilycove and once you get inside the Ancient Tomb go to the center and use fly and a hole will open in the wall. Regice-go to Dewford town use surf at the top of the town and go to the left until you have to go up.Stay on the left and go up. Once there press A on the Brail in the middle and wait two minutes. Regirock- to the bottom of the desert and once inside press A on the middle of the brail and go two steps to the right and two steps down and use strength. Pack lots of Ultra Balls!
There are two ways you can do this. One is easy, while the other is a bit more difficult. Let's start with the more difficult one first.
First thing you are going to need is a Wobbuffet at a decent level (40 or so). It's special Ability is Shadow Tag, which prevents the foe from escaping or switching out. Just what we need.
Purchase a decent amount of Ultra Balls. Some Hyper Potions won't hurt either, even though Wobbuffet won't take much damage from Latias/Latios.
Run around and find this sucker. Make sure that Wobbuffet is first in your party (obviously) and be prepared for Latias/Latios to appear at any time.
When it appears, start chucking Ultra Balls at it. Wobbuffet's Shadow Tag keeps them from fleeing from battle. Use any Potions if you need to. Repeat until you have captured this beast.
Now for the easier way. First thing you are going to need is a speedy Pokemon that knows the move Mean Look, such as Crobat. Mean Look has the same effect as Wobbuffet's Shadow Tag, so you can probably guess why we're going to need it.
Have a decent number of Ultra Balls, and also a Pokemon to weaken Latias/Latios with you.
Run around and find this thing, with Crobat out front. As soon as you enter battle, use Mean Look. You are now free to start using Ultra Balls! I would suggest, however, that you switch to your attacking Pokemon and lower Latias/Latios's health to make it easier to capture it. Repeat until you have captured it.

7. Use a full restore now if you need two and between al of the rest.
8. Battle glacia
9. For all of her Pokemon use earthquake.
10. Battle drake.
11. Use ice beam for all his pokemon
12. Battle steaven.
13. For all his Pokemon exept cradilly and skarmory use surf. Cradilly and skarmory: ice beam.
