You need to win the Pokemon leage first if you have a Pokemon that knows fly fly to stevens house (mossdeep city) you will find a note and a pokeball on the table the note says: to (your name)...I have planned to train in the road to be stronger, take the pokeball on the table inside is a beldum steven stone there you now have a beldum evolves into a metang and finnaly a metagross!!
