How do I clean out the pool?

just buy weather controller and tap on it, and select make it snow... so the pool is freeze and never get dirty.

This has been happening to me too all week and of all times when I'm trying to complete an event... Now it messed all my event timing up and unable to complete on time... However, after a week of going nuts, I realized the only way to continue play is when u open up your game to the first Welcome Back screen where it shows your sims flashing which have finished tasks, instead of hitting the green "Tap to continue" button at the bottom, click on a sim in another house and it'll take u there to continue play... Only problem, u can't go back to the house w/ the dirty pool or you'll have to close out game completely and repeat as mentioned above... In order to get to your sim and use them in the game, 1st make sure their not busy, (they shouldn't b since you've already collected & freed them when clicking on the house when receiving the action failed message... Once they are free, you will have to move them into another unoccupied house in order to continue their play in the game.. As far

I had this exact same problem and was able to fix it by changing the weather to snow storm obviously will only work if you have a weather machine in that location. I then deleted the pool and made a new pool making sure I added pool cleaners.
