You have to use a couch and pick take a nap!

I'm having exactly the same problem - have tried having all 6 napping in the same house and all in different houses etc but no luck. To te person who posted an answer: thank you, but the issue isn't how to get a sim to take a nap, it's that this particular challenge isn't working properly.

Its one sim per house and couch. That means you need 6 houses and 6 sofas, and it works!

No it does not , I have tried it in separate houses, moved a second couch in, tried married couples sleeping on couches in three different houses while no one else was sleeping, it is frustrating

No one election in the game can be sleeping. (Not even children) It dose not matter what couch (as long as it is a couch not a chair), or where you have all six sleeping. Easiest way to achieve the goal is to make sure no sim is sleeping anywhere in your town. Gather the six sims you want to use in one house. Have two couches that seat three people. Have all six sims take a nap on the two couches. They do not have to finish naping for the goal to be achieved. If done properly as soon as the with sim sits on the couch to nap the goal should be achieved. If this dose not help you I am sorry, but if it did glad I could help.

I was having this issue, and this solution worked for me. The first time I had everyone napping in the same house, it didn't work. the next time it did work, and I think it had less to do with no one else sleeping, and more to do with making sure I used just the 3-person couches and not the 2-person love seats.

What worked for me is :

between 12 noon and 12:30pm, I moved 2 three-sitter couches into the same house and made 6 sims take a nap; 3 on each couch. Good Luck!

This definitely seems to be a glitch in the game. I have the same goal and have tried all sorts of ways, multiple houses, same house, etc and nothing works even though I have it set up to the exact specifications. Very frustrating and something that needs to be fixed. I'm not wasting 5 LPs to skip the goal when it's obviously a bug in the game. I'm headed to the EA Facebook page to mention it.

Same problem....but I know the legitimate way to complete this goal. First, you need to have the 3 seat couch the one for 150 simoeloens. Then make 3 sims on each.(you don't have 2 wait the full 2hrs)
THIS WAY you DON'T NEED 2 WASTE LP

I make sure the six sims got meals before they take a nap early in the afternoon, i put 3 in aech couch and it worked just fine.

Have the simms be on their own homes, have their own 3 seat couch. And they should all take a nap on the afternoon (siesta time)

I think that I tried everything. I wasted 6 hours waiting on these Sims, one hour at a time. I made 6 Sims nap over and over, thinking there must be a way to achieve this simple goal. Very frustrating...

I did buy another rust colored sofa for 150, so that I had two, and that did not work any better than 35,000 Simolean sofas. I bit the bullet and paid the 5 LP. Very annoying that such a stupid goal had us wasting time and LP all for nothing =/

Ok I was having the same problem but I changed the timr to 12 pm...don't ask me why...had 2 red couches in one house...made all 6 sims nap n it worked...you don't have to wait for them to finish napping...goal achievement is instant

Yup change the time on your computer, iPad, etc. To 12 pm then have all six take a nap and it'll work instantly

You have to change the time to 12, buy two 3-seated couches, put them in one house and have six sims (3 sims on each couch) have a nap. You don't have to wait an hour just wait a few seconds and it will say the goal is complete, it worked for me! Good luck!!

FM hear, Ahhh the best answer is Siesta time, meaning afternoon time 12:00 pm... Make all 6 sims take a nap on two big couch or sofa... Or if you like me and tired of waiting until it hit noon... Go to your setting and change your real time to 12 noon and play game then make them nap.. And whaalaaa bingo... Then just exit game and change your time back... Goal complete

Okay so this worked for me. Have all 6 sims in one house( only the six sims that are going to have the nap) and have 2 couches(couch with 3 seats) make sure no other sim is sleeping not even babies. Also make sure that it's in the day your doing this goal like about 1 pm and then have all the sims nap at once. Make sure to even make them nap with the same type of couch and the goal will finish, you don't have to wait until they're finish doing the nap. As you set all of them to nap then you'll see that the goal has done. If you set all of them to nap and you don't see the goal finish then you did something wrong

The key is siesta, take the naps between noon and 3 pm and it should work. [I'm having the same issue and I haven't tried this as I got to the goal at 7pm but the Firemonkey website gave this answer for some that let them pass.]

Read again.. It says SIESTA TIME.. So make sims have their nap during around 1pm onwards..

The clue to this goal is (siesta time) which means afternoon, so have 6 sims nap on the couches at the same time IN THE AFTERNOON!!

I do it past 12 o clock, every 6 people I had at other house, seat isnot important for 2 or for 3 person, but I must do every 6 people, full eating button, full toalet button, full bath button, full calling or talking button, atd full activity buttonÅ¯....and goal is comlete

Doestnt matter the same couch or different, what you have to do is change you're time setting to 12 pm (siesta time) then take 6 sims to have turbo snack or meal (eat before napping) after finish eating you can let them to have a nap, thats all!

All you have to do is buy the sims seperate couches or beds, and maybe try in different houses.Then have them all catnap,doze,nap,hibernate,ect.
