In steepfall burrow (which is left of solitude) go up to a frost troll and run back to the entrance, make sure it follows you and when it all chained up like king Kong torture the abomination however you choose raise your stats in the process also keep in mind the higher the difficulty the less damage he losses this is a fun one cause the dang thing heals itself. Been shooting this thing with arrows got archery up way fast which reminds me make sure that your way out of it's reach it might kill in one hit. Have fun
