Sisteron trouble

I have finished the 3 road trips (the first three) now I am on sisteron and when I enter the sisteron hub I want to race so I select amautet road trip but it wont let me saying I need a rival or something about a leader Board. Any fixes or help ?

I didn't have a problem so I'm not sure about a leaderboard being needed or a rival. I suggest to find a rival to race and maybe it will work. Hope this helps. ZAPTheGame
