Question for New Super Mario Bros. U

I have all of the star coins for Acorn Plains. But Superstar Road-1 isn't playable! I have beaten the game. Also I saw this guy on Miiverse in the tree! Can someone explain this?

Miiverse guy is on the tree because somebody posted something on this level you can see this by activating streetpass

There is a secret level, Acorn Plains-Blooper. You get to it by finding the secret exit in Acorn Plains-2.
