Hi.

I'm in Snowpeak Ruins and can,t get past the Ice Monsters.There is a cannon of some sort. Is it possible to use it?P.S I love Lamp.I got that off Midna is on Crack on youtube.com

If you mean those icicle things, kill them using your sword and shield and once you get the ball and chain, carry it in front of you, wait at a distance and once they shoot their lances, ball and chain them before they can recover.

If you meant the huge monsters that breathe ice, you'll need to get a cannon ball (many of them are stored behing a locked gate in the courtyard so you'll need to dig up the chest which will be marked on the map once you have the compass). Then you'll have to load the cannon ball into the cannon, face the cannon in the direction you want and drop a bomb inside the hole where you placed the cannon ball.
