HELP! I have just beaten the first boss that plany thing and I don't know where to go to that Eldin place to the west or something please help!

The entrance to the Eldin Province, and Hyrule Field, is near where you got the Lantern. Head North, past the pathways to the Forest Temple, until you get to a wooden arch/gate. Go through it, and you're there.
You really shouldn't ask the same question twice.

You have to go to the Hyrule Field then go towards the path that leads you to the twilight and try to enter it. There you will have to complete the next assignment.
