Where can I find the Clawshot or Grapple?

Question for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Where can I find the Clawshot or Grapple? I don't know which one they call it in the game but I can't seem to find it at all and I need it to complete the underwater temple.
Please Help!!!!!!!

In the room where you find the frog sub boss (east side of the temple if I remember correctly), you will need to get the water flowing from one of the spiral rooms to get there.

It's on the west side of the temple. In a big circular room. U have to go underwater to get there.

It is called clawshot.
You have to defeat the Frog to get the clawshot. It is not that hard but just kill all the mimi-frogs and then attack it's tongue continuously and it will be over quickly. You can now receive the clawshot.
