It depends on how far you are in the game - if you've saved Colin, you can buy the Hylian Shield from Malo's shop in Kakariko Village...
Otherwise, go back to Ordon Village and buy another Ordon Shield from the shop there...

You can buy a Hyrulian Sheild at Malo Mart for 200 rupees. It is a good sheild because it doesn't burn so it will be very helpful in death mountain.

Well, in the Kirkago village or the village that starts with a K there is a store that one of the children, the shortest one, that you showed your slinghshot skills too. Anyway once you are facing the town at the enternce, the one furthest from Death Mountain. It will be the first home or building to the right.I think that it cost 200 Rupees too.
