It should be marked on your map but... Warp to the zora place and go down the trail. There should be alot of guys shotting fire arrows but don't bother killing them. Judt keep going until you see a passage to the right. Go in there and you should see that massive guy. I'll let you continue on on your own.

Warp to the Bridge of Eldin, head north of the bridge, follow the path around, watch the right hand side for an opening and when you find it, enter it to get to the Hidden Village - I suggest doing it during the day when it's bright out!
