I'm sorry but you do not get a Mii Link for beating the game I've almost beat the game 3 times ( I just beat the temple of time dungean) and I haven't got a Mii Link,(sorry but that world be cool for the next Zelda installment).

No and I think the reason is because it really is s GCN game ported over to the Wii and the GCN doesn't have Mii's.
