If you hve already done the mission of giving the cat back to it's owner then sarah gives you a bottle of milk. You can drink the milk then you have an empty bottle.

If you got the cradle back for Uli, she should've given you the Fishing Rod Colin made for you. So go to the dock where the cat is and go fishing! When you get the bobber in the water near a fish, wait for it to get pulled down to the bottom of the screen, then hold the B button, lift the remote above your head and hold it there until you get the fish. Now hit B again to drop the fish and follow the cat to Sera's Sundries where you'll get a free Bottle of Milk and the Slingshot if you have 30 Rupees.

When you get the fishing rod got to where the cat is and throw out the line. VERY gently, wave the wiimote side-to-side until the rod is in place. Now wait for a fish to come and you will see your line drop down very quickly. When this happens pull the wiimote back quickly and hold it there. Let the fish come to you and catch another one. The cat will grab it and you have to go to the shop. She will give you a bottle half full of milk. Drink it up and you have your 1st empty bottle.
