Head to the northen province out of hyrule field (north of Kakariko).

If you Mean the Goron Mine.
You must retrive zora armor by saving the zora prince, do this by diminishing the last of the twilight around the casle. And then help transport him to kakiro village. Then all you have to do is follow the zora queen to the secret burial ground, and get the armor as a reward.
The next temple is at the bottom of the lake hyrule
