You know that lady who looks like the lantern guy? Well the fishing hole is in between her house and the path to zora dommain. When you pass her house going north. Begin to follow the wall. You will find a door in the wall. You guessed it. That door takes you to the fishing hole.

It's in Upper Zora's River near the boat ride game. It will cost you 20 rupees to lure fish.

Warp to zora's domain. Then go to the waterfall basin then go downstream to the upper zora's river. Climb onto a bank and you will see a door in the cliff. It is there. Hope this helps
