When I am in the tunnel that leads to the lakebed temple and I have that suit on, how do I swim upwards? Please help me!!

Well I'm ashamed to say I learned how to swim upwards when I was beating the boss. So what I did was take my zora armor off and swim. But swimming upwards: Pull your moving stick on the nun-chuck down. It's opposite because swimming down is up on the controller.
