Plumm is that little purple bird that appears in the Lake Hylia area. If you talk to him as a human, he will dismiss you. If you talk to him as a wolf however, he will offer you the chance at a game. Remember that dark bird creature that carried you through the canyon and up to the Zora's Domain? Well it's back, but this time, you get to pop fruit shaped balloons for points. Get as many points as you can and win a prize! Its just so exciting.
