I've gotten all the way from the begging of the mt. To the pillar and can't figure out how to get past it.midna told me to get the right timing but still can't figure how to get past it.plzzz help

You need to count how long the lava pillar stays up for and how long it stays down.
Then pull the slab all the way back, and move to the left to see the lava pillars rise and fall. When the pillar is about to go down, let go of the chain and jump over, then turn quickly and jump to the slab and roll in before it shuts.

You have to have the timing...pull the block when the flame goes up. Then you can jump. If you see you wont make it that time around just try to catch it b4 it fully closes.
