city in the sky
I am in the city in the sky and I have the big key but I don't know how to pull down that one lever to turn on the fan so I can get to the boss. How do I turn it on?

I think from the room above, use your Clawshot and extend the chain down into the main chamber. Then use the 2nd Clawshot to latch onto the ceiling lever.

Above the room that turns the fan on is another room with a fan (that should be turned off) at the bottom surrounded by ivy. There should be a Clawshot latch directly above the fan. Latch onto it and lower yourself down into the room below. You should be able to lower yourself down far enough to use the second Clawshot to latch onto the lever hanging from the ceiling.
