HELP!!!!!!

K then I need to fimd 1 more statue for the sky writing thing and all I need is the one in the desert and I don't know how to get back to the desert and when I just warp there I just end up that arena and I can't get into the desert to find the statue. How do I go to it?

If you warp to the top of Arbiter's Grounds, then you have to walk all the way to the Gerudo Desert.
An easier way is to warp to Lake Hylia and ask the cannon guy to shoot you back to the desert. The owl statue will be at the south side of the desert (just look for several straight lines on your map).

I cant beat the boss pig where your jousting him on the 2nd one can anyone help I have no arrows or bombs

It appears that you have not found the Gerudo Mesa warp point yet.

You'll have to travel to Lake Hylia. Speak to Fyer (the man with the cannon) and select the 'Oasis Flight', which you originally used to get into the desert the first time around. Once in the desert, just continue foreward and you should come across the area where the owl statue is before long. It's amongst a small group of ruins.
