Help Me! Can't find a heart piece!

I have the Prima Game Guide and I just can't find heart piece #34. It says that it is in Hyrule in the North Field in a cave behind bomb rocks I destroyed earlier. You are supposed to enter the cave and smash through ice with the ball and chain and enter an ice block puzzle cavern room, solve the puzzle and get the heart piece. Well, I entered the cave behind the exploded bomb rocks and I can't even find the piece of ice I am supposed to smash to enter this supposed puzzle cavern. I just keep entering into the Zora Domain and I looked Everywhere!! Where is this mysterious Ice Block Puzzle Cavern I am going crazy!!
Help Please!!!

You're entering the wrong cave. There are 2 caves in the rocky area; one leads to Zora's Domain, the second into a frozen cavern. From the cave leading to Zora's Domain, head west until you see the wooden fence to your left, and make a u-turn down to a lower path. There should be a red tektite here, as well as a rock you can bomb on the wall. There should be a Golden Bug nearby as well.
