I'm stuckin the lake bed the 3 room .

I am not sure what you are having trouble with but I will try to help.
The main problem I had was it took me a while to realize that you have to knock the stalagtites off the ceiling and use them as stepping stones.
When you first enter the room equip your bomb arrows and loose them at the stalagtites. That should knock them sown and allow you to get to the next room.
