I've been hearing and reading about some games that people can use there miis on gameplay like in harvest moon. I seen someone on google using there miis in the gameplay in harvest moon is it true can I use my mii on the legend of zelda twilight princess???

No you cannot. And you don't get a Link Mii after beating the game either.
