Always Check the TV

Before you go to bed at the end of each day it is recommended that you turn on the TV and flick through the channels. Check the weather channel in particular as doing so will tell you what the weather is going to be like the next day which will enable you to plan accordingly. For example if it states that it is going to rain you can pack your bags for a day in the mines instead of wasting your time in the fields.

Also pay attention to the other channels, the survival channel can give you useful tips and foraging advice and the cooking channel can teach you recipes that will increase your health and energy. The fortune teller channel will tell you what your luck is going to be like on a certain day. Make sure if it is a high luck day you spend it fishing or in the mines where you will have a better chance of finding rare items.
