Healing Guide

There are plenty of upgrades at your disposal in Rage 2 for you to create a Ranger that is also super-soldier. As you progress through the game you will discover that the enemies and bosses will become progressively more difficult to defeat and you will likely take more damage. It is therefore advised that you look into health management by healing and acquiring upgrades to your healing items known as Health Infusions. This Healing Guide will tell you how to upgrade Health Infusions and how to heal in Rage 2.

The first thing you need to be aware of when upgrading your Health Infusions is that there are different perks associated with your healing items that are part of a level system. To level up your Health Infusions requires Health Infusion Upgrade Schematics which you can either buy them from a vendor in Wellspring whose shop is called Gar-Illa Gear or by visiting any of the Trade Towns for Health Infusion Schematics.

Gar-Illa Gear Shop

To purchase the Health Infusion Upgrade Schematics from the vendor in Wellspring you need to find the welcome sign inside the small town and then turn left and look for a green medic sign, this indicates the Gar-Illa Gear shop you need to visit. When you interact with the shopkeeper inside the shop you will be able to purchase Health Infusion Upgrade Schematics to level up your healing items. The Schematics will cost $1000 and the shopkeeper will only have a limited amount, there are though other items in the shop you can purchase such as grenade upgrades, healing items, and other Schematics that work similarly as the ones for health.

Health Infusions

Health Infusions regenerate your health for 4 seconds and can give you the boost you need to keep fighting. To use any Health Infusions you have to press and hold the D-pad. You will find Health Infusions scattered throughout the world as you take down enemies, they can also be acquired by crafting.

The Cyber Doc

In the town of Wellspring you can also raise your health to increase damage resistance by visiting The Cyber Doc. To do this you will need to explore Story mode to find certain crafting materials, these are obtained from Authority Sentries, Junk Meks, Intel Traders, and Ark Chests.

Feltrite

Sometimes when you defeat an enemy they will drop a small amount of Feltrite which will gradually increase your health. To automatically pick up shards of this blue material you simply have to walk over it. You can also find Feltrite in crates as you explore.
