How do you get into the sublevel because when I go up to it it's open , because I unlocked it, thenit opens but I still can't go through it's really annoying because I also need to get the scrapbook thing

You must press X when you see the door sign on the top right of the screen and then when you see secret sublevel press X and then you can go through.

Oh ya ! And there is a treasure box. Pry Open it and you'll get the scrapbook.
