You use the teaser on her. To use it go up to her but don't talk to her make sure you have the teaser perk and press circle when you're not talking she should get mad then come talk to you afterwoulds.

First you need to craft a taser at the beakers house then go back to deadtree and tase her and instantly she will turn into a monster
