Where will I find the teleport perk? I didnt find it in the newlow's house

Oh man, you don't get it. Ok, there is division 47, right? And you go there and you go there, you don't get it tell you in the division 47!

Heheh you will find the teleport perk in divison
47[at secret sublevel]you must interface the computer

You need to go to the computer in the secret sub level in Division 47. Go to the computer and select X for interface. Use the password "Or4ngut4n" on the computer and keep answering the questions. When the computer says "Goodbye" there will be a green place next to the computer that you get the teleportation unit at.
