Just complete the tasks given to you and isaac will call you then you go through the computer then click interface and find the Or4ngut4n password there and you can get the teleport there and you press O to your psp then you can see like a flower in the road map then you click it and there you can see: Dr. DOMINION,ROBERTA's HEAD,YOUR MECHANIC AND THE ONE THAT YOU PULL IN ISAAC'S HOUSE AND THEN YOU CAN FIGHT DR. DOMINION IN THERE ..... I HOPE I HELP ...
