OK I had the problem too but just follow all your goals and it will get you there. But here it is. Go to the beakers house to the back door and then there will be a little alarm box. Try to hack it (talk to it). Then you will be stopped by one of the beakers. You will need to get them to leave the room. Talk to both of them if They have the exclamation point on top of them. Talk to the one that does. It will say do this or do that just follow it and before you know it they will leave. Then go baack to that door hack it then there will be a romm and he will be back there.

You need to pass sinjin balani's inspection but first you need to earn the trust of sinjin and sara star then wait for it to be 6:00 am then go to the Cow statue then perform the ritual idk how many times but it worked for me (6:00am-2:00pm)

I know how to rescue gimi branko ,first try to hack the locked door then someone will stop to you then next intimidate the wife of the beaker ,then tell it to the beaker the dark sicret of the wife ,next examine the wardrobe yo7u will found something in that wardrobe ,then next talk to the wife and she will go to the beaker then you can hack the back door
