first you must talk to Bella Goth (the lady wandering inside the shop). Ask her where you can find a place to stay. She will sell you her place at Place, then talk to Deputy Duncan outside the shop, ask him where to find a ride to Paradise place, he will offer you a free ride but you must give him the Donuts which you can get from Mambo Loa. Intimidate her until she tells you where the Donuts are. Get the donuts and give them to Deputy Duncan, get in his car to travel to paradise place. Hope this helps, happy Gaming!
