I know who the nightbeast is but how do I complete the goal (Decide who You think the Night Beast is)? Please help.

you need to go to annie howel and ask for massage she gets angry get a taser and press o it will zap her and she will transform

Er.... you don't have to talk to annie howell. You just have to scroll your perks until you reache the taser then press O while your near to annie howell. There, annie howell will transform for sure.. ( you don't have to intimidate her )

Yes if you look at the night beast it is wearing shorts and she has red rinds in her hair...
