I have sims for the xboxand I have kids all the time.. It's easy!!!... Get your man/women to relax on bed then clik on their husband/wife nd press try for baby :D when they're having fun, if your hear a lullaby sound she is pregnant and if you don't hear it then keep trying...hope this help!!! :D

Call someone on phone,invite them, relax in bed and invite in bed other sim, vait for a minute and then you will get an option "Cuddle". Click on it and then you click woohoo. For woohooing they will need high friendship (lvl 4) and high romance (lvl 4).
