You need to clean everyting in the bathroom like the toilets sinks puddles and showers and then go to the labrotory and pick up all of the garbage from every where in the labrotory

u need to clean the wet pudles on the flor and all three showers and all three toilets and the sink there are two wet puddles to clean.

after you finish all that you need to talk to whoever gave you the mishion

The same thing happened to me too. Some people say that sometimes someone pees or takes a shower in the barracks bathroom and they said you need to make sure nothing is dirty. That's what I did but sometimes you need to clean stuff in the lab because there are some toilets and showers in there.

Also you have to clean the washrooms outide,just in case

The same exact problem occured for me but then I tried to make the bathroom dirty again by letting my sim's bladder go down & I waited for her to wet herself on the floor of the Barracks bathroom, then I mopped it and it worked!

I made 2 characters. So on the first character, I cleaned up the showers, toilets, the sink, and 2 puddles in the barracks. But still, the goal says I haven't. So when I went to the saloon, I cleaned up one puddle in the guys bathroom, then it worked. And on the second character, I cleaned up everything in the barrack's bathroom, also the kitchen's sink. It worked after I cleaned up a shower and a toilet in the lab.
