Postknight 2 Item Farming Guide
Postknight 2 Item Farming Guide

Once you have completed the main story of Postknight 2 your attention will turn to acquiring and upgrading all the different pieces of equipment as well as collecting gifts for your favorite NPCs. Take a look at our Item Farming Guide to find out where the best trails are to farm specific items. This guide contains plenty of spoilers just through the item descriptions and names for the game's story, so it is recommended that you first finish the story before you read this guide.

General Item Guide

Below is a list of things that apply to the item system of Postknight 2 in general.

- Each trail can be patrolled three times before all the enemies are cleared and you will have to wait for the trail to be refreshed.

- Each time you clear out a trail you will receive a small reward from an NPC who will appear after your third patrol of a trail.

- There is no way to get metal bars from defeated enemies, you can only get them from merchants or as gifts from NPCs.

- The third and fourth trail of each area tends to have the most drops for an item. There are though items that this rule does not apply to.

- The area boss will appear at the end of the first patrol of the fifth trail.

- Blooplets always appear in the third replay of a patrol. They can appear in any area on any patrol but they are extremely rare.

Below is a list of items that you can expect to find across the first three areas of Postknight 2.

– 1 metal bar (not dropped, only available from chests, NPCs, bounty rewards and offline tasks).

– 1 metal ore.

– 2 common herbs.

– 1 common creature-derived material (e.g. Dire Fur).

– 1 common humanoid-derived material (e.g. Psycho Cloth).

– 1 wood.

– 1 rare herb.

– 2 rare materials.

– 1 epic orb.

The areas Violetfair and Aldor have the above items as well as one additional rare item in each area.
