Hi,
How do you make a food with an energy boost? That is my sims biggest want and I don't know how to do it. Thanks to anyone who helps.

Dangle berries raise your energy by 25 um....friuts are good...vegies don't do much.you can find dangeblerries with medal detector or garden sofa thing.

Having your cooking skill hish helps, a wicked fridge and cooker are immense, get loads of fruit and make a smoothie when youve done that it shoul help.

Eels, sharks and lobsters are a good source of energy 4 you're sims don't mix them all together though or it could make you're sims vomet
