Hi if it's a new sim that youre sim doesnt know envite them in cook a meal and watch tv
Prefabally the big tv they will talk on thier own and in no time they will be best friends
There relationships go up higher and higher while there talking and watching tv

To become vest friends all you have to do is keep talking to them and everything...JUST DONT MAKE THEM KISS or choose any option that would make them fall in love! (Ooo they love the punch arm option!)

You're friendship level needs to be at 52-55 above that that's wen your either crush,lover,etc
