You have to defeat all of Ocks Thugs first. Then hit Ock a few times (His health will not reach 0). A cut scene will begin after that.
You will have to defeat another set of thugs. Then another cut scene will begin. You will have to webswing onto the helicopter. After that aunt may will be placed on train tracks. You will have to swing down where she is (Not actually swinging by and grabbing her). Another cutscene will begin. You will now fight doc Ock on the Train. The best way to beat him is use the dodge button when spideys head flashes. And use the sprint uppercut. Best of luck to you!
