How do you beat Dr. Octavius while on the train?

First things first, before you go and fight him get a full Spider Reflex bar.

Dodge every tentacle he throws at you and then hit your web button.

Most times, this technique will web his tentacle to the train, leaving him open for attack.

Always attack Doc Ock in Spider Reflex mode. For one, you're faster, and your attacks are stronger.

Doc Ock attacks with two tentacles and stands on the other two.

As long as you web the attacking tentacles, you can beat up a defenseless Doc Ock and have a fast and easy victory.

You have to dodge his arms and then shoot them with webbing...Once you have done that you can get up close and hit him.

i defeted him by using the thing that makes you faster then other things/people, keep dodging him and just punch and kick him.

I didn't use any webbing, dodges or spider sense mode so that's probably why I lost almost all of my life, but I waited 1 car away from Doc Oc for him to stand on his own feet then I ran up uppercutted him (L2 + Square) and ran back to my original spot.

Do that over and over again, even when you're down to your last drop of life and you'll beat him.

There's a lot of room for improvement in my method, but it works.

When you fight ing Doc. Oc on the train just fight him just like you would normaly.

To do that when he shoots his metal arms at you they will turn yellow then red, when they turn red hit the O button (doge).

As soon as you hit O button hit triangle (web).

You will web up one arm.

Do that 4 times until all arms are tied up then start fighting him.

He is very weak, just make sure that all arms are tied up good luck .......

Also if you are still finding that you are low on health you can go to a nearby spidey store you can see on the map and buy some there.
