To get to the date and time settings, you need to scroll on the main menu to the left until you hit "settings", than scroll down and select "date and time settings". From here you can either choose to set the date and time manually, or via the internet. It's up to you and both should work, just make sure if you choose internet that everything is correct. Also from here you can choose whether or not the time adjusts automatically every time you log into PSN, and you can manually adjust the date/time.
