How to Import Audio CD

You can import tracks from an Audio CD to the system storage. Please read the notes below:

Notes



  • The default codec is AAC and the default bitrate is 128 kbps. You can change these settings by following this link.

  • Tracks from the CD can't be imported while on playback (including browsing of non-music files such as images)

  • Sometimes, you won't be able to import tracks from Super Audio CDs or copyright-protected audio CDs.



How to Import


  1. From your XMB, go to Music

  2. Highlight the CD or the track you want to import. Press the Triangle button on your controller to open the menu.

  3. Select Import. Wait for the process to finish.
