Expeditions Guide

When you reach Level 6 you will unlock the Expeditions feature in Pikmin Bloom, which will enable you to send your Pikmin on them. Once Expeditions become available, you will be able to access them by heading to your map at the top of the screen and selecting it. Doing so will open up a tab which will have 'Expeditions' as an option. This Expeditions Guide will tell you everything you need to know about them.

When you open the Expeditions tab in Pikmin Bloom, you will find items that you can send your Pikmin to collect. It will also state the number of Pikmin required to retrieve the item. You can however send more than the specified amount of Pikmin to make the time go by faster. For example, if a Blue Seedling requires 3 Pikmin to collect, you can send up to 6 Pikmin to move it in double the time. This is something that is not recommended as it may mean not having sufficient Pikmin available to complete other tasks.

Keep in mind that Pikimin have their own special abilities and physical attributes, so you need to prioritize them according to the task you want them to embark on, so you get what needs to be done for the day. Expeditions take place in real-time, so there is no need to continually check on their progress. The rewards you earn from Expeditions include additional Seedlings which can be grown in a planter and Necta which you can give to your Pikmin in order to make them stronger.

To recap, to send Pikmin on an Expedition you need to do the following.

- Tap the map on the top half of the main menu screen.

- Shift through the tabs to the right and select ‘Expeditions’ when it appears.

- Select the expedition item you want from the choices available.

- Select the Pikmin you want to send on the expedition.
