Pikmon Bloom is available on Android and iOS. Take a look at our cheats and tips to get help in the game
Pikmin Bloom is a free-to-play spin-off game in the Pikmin series. It is an augmented-reality location-based game that rewards you for spending time outside. Your real-world movements are rewarded with items for Pikmin creatures which can either grow or feed them.
Below is a collection of hints and tips that will help you to progress in the game. These include how to create different colored Pikmin and how to earn badges. As well as these hints and tips, we also have a Beginners Guide here which goes into more details on some of the tips we have below:
There are four types of Pikmin that you can create through the process of feeding them nectar. By giving them food, they will turn into flower Pikmin, and their colors will be white, blue, or red, with yellow being the default color. Keep in mind that the petals must be plucked off certain types of flowers if you want to create the other colored Pikmin.
In Pikmon Bloom you only get one free Detector a day, so you need to make sure you use it wisely to find a new decor style Pikmin. There will be instances where it will take a bit to find the perfect spot to use your detector but if you keep it open on the Detector screen, you will be able to see the 'Places Nearby' changing as you encounter new stores.
There will be times when the 'Sweet Shops' at the local strip mall will be really hard to get, but don't use that detector until you see the sweet shop symbol in the 'Places Nearby' area.
Once you reach Level 15 in Pokemon Bloom you can unlock the 'Challenges' feature which will allow you 3 attempts a day to defeat Mushrooms that will appear on the map. Check out our How to Beat Mushrooms guide to find out how to defeat this foe.
In order to level up on Pikmin Bloom you are required to complete certain tasks, these include growing a specific amount of Pikmon, walking the necessary steps, planting flowers, and completing various expeditions. It is also necessary to collect a particular number of flower petals from the Pikmins to increase your XP. Take a look at our Leveling Up guide to find out everything you need to know.
