Just use maxmotives cheat to do this press ctrl shift c and click on the little box type in maxmotives excatley like this.

To make your to get better if it is a cold or food poisoning
You should
1 Make sure it has a lot of sleep
2 Has a lot of food (I don't think it matters what kind of food)
3 Make sure it's not moving or just standing there try and make it so it's sitting down or lying down most of the time
4 Keep all of the stats eg hunger sleep fun in the green zone
5 Don't go to public places stay at home
6 Don't cause any fires because it stresses the sims out and brings there comfort, energy, fun, social environment in to the red zone
6 If it's a cold try not to put them near other sims in your family because it may spread to other sims and get them sick
