In addition to the cheat (boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotaion true) you'll have to press your comma "," and period "." buttons to actually rotate the desired item of course while the item is selected... I Hope this Helped =) God Bless and HAPY SIMMING!!!

Hey,
The cheat for this is the following
BoolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true
(to turn it on)
BoolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation false
(to turn it off)
That cheat is cAsE sEnSiTiVe by the way. ;)
Note: You need nightlife bare minimum to use this cheat.

Hold CTRL SHIFT C and type boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true then use to rotate objects on 45 degrees.
