Hey the best way to get a high base jump is to go to your safehouse, Rioji 4 I think, and just jump off one of the edges. But if you already have done that, then try going there and taking that yellow chopper. Stay above the mountain and go up as high as you can, and jump when you stop gaining altitude. |

It's actually relatively simple, just jump out of your plane, and get as close to the president's plane as you possibly can, a prompt should come up on the left side of the screen saying, "jump to vehicle", just press the indicated button. |
