What is the best overall weapon in the campaign mode?

The Lancer and the Shotgun are my two best favorites, along with the Longshot as I am a good sniper. Use what you are most comfortable with, all weapons are fun to use since they all kill in bloody fashions.

I am very new to this but I can't get him to reload any weapons the controller works what am I doing wrong

To reload your gun, press the RB button. A bar will come up by your weapon in the top corner. Once the line reaches the white part of the bar, press RB. If you hit the Bold white, you will get an active reload and damage is 2x now.

is there a better way of killing the Berserker?

You have to use the Hammer of Dawn....that's the only thing that can kill it.

I think Dom is an asshole. Anyone else feel this way?

Sometimes he will kill some enemies. But thats all he does. You can't do anything.
