From the starting area, enter the corridor to the right. There’s another buggy spot here as shown below.
The Smoker’s Lounge is quite close. If you peek through the window, you should see a wooden TV set, couches, and graffiti on the wall depicting 4 stick figures, three of which are crossed out.
Achievement Unlocked: You’ll be back
After finding the Smoker’s Lounge, simply enter the room to unlock this achievement. If this didn’t pop up during your first visit, try visiting this room again on your next playthrough.
